In this variation of the classic Tetris game, in addition to controlling the falling blocks as usual, the player also controls Mario, who is situated at the bottom of the Tetris well. The player must ensure that Mario doesn't get squished by the falling blocks while still clearing lines as normal; Mario must also dodge falling enemies and may collect coins to get points. Once a set number of lines have been cleared, a capsule appears at the top of the well that Mario must touch in order to complete the level; the quicker he does so, the more points are received. Each subsequent level increases the blocks' falling speed, increases the enemy spawn rate, and increases the number of lines that must be cleared in order to complete the level. There are four modes in which this game can be played (normal, lava, water, and mixed), as well as two difficulty levels, which change how high Mario can jump.
This was a personal project of mine; I came up with the concept and did all of the design and scripting.
